Episode Quotes

Michael: Oh, good. My hooker's here. (laughing) Hi.
Pam: Michael, you were expecting me, right?
Michael: Yes I was. Yes I was.
Pam: Are you wearing anything under the robe?
Michael: That is inappropriate, Pam. Come on in.

Phyllis: I never see him drink. I never see him eat.
Stanley: I don't think he even uses the bathroom.
Creed: Oh, he does. He does.

Bowling Supervisor: (to Ryan) Back to work, shoe bitch!

Pam: I can't do this. I had a real job. I sat ten feet away from my fiancé. I had health benefits. I was just feeling impulsive... I should have gotten a tiny tattoo on my ankle.

Cultural References

Michael: I feel weak today. Felt much stronger yesterday. Like Benjamin Button in reverse.

Michael is referring to the main character in the film, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (2008), who ages in reverse. Benjamin Button was played by actor Brad Pitt.

Michael: Okay, okay. 'Achy Breaky Fart.'

Michael likes to make up song parodies, including this one based on the Billy Ray Cyrus tune, "Achy Breaky Heart."

Michael: No! No No. No. "My Stumps." Like "My Humps" but a guy with no legs.

Michael's next song parody idea is based on "My Humps," the 2005 song by the Black Eyed Peas.

Episode References

Michael: Um... Oh! Vikram! Best salesman I've ever met.

When Michael was having money problems, he worked with Vikram at a telemarketing company in episode 4x04, "Money."
