<-- Previous EpisodeNext Episode -->Kalinda chases Boyle in a high speed pursuit. Boyle arrives at Florrick-Agos and enters the building. Kalinda calls Diane to inform her of this news. She will continue to trail him until Diane says otherwise. Diane hangs up and tells Will about Boyle. Neither of them know why he's there.
Boyle greets Alicia and says he came instead of David Lee to deliver her capital cheque. He tries to rile her up by bringing up Peter. Cary calls her a way to a meeting about the holiday party. She asks Hayden to look over her exit contract that Boyle has brought to her. LG has also decided to throw a Christmas party the same day they have their party planned. Cary suggests that Alicia invite Peter so that more guests decide to show up.
Hayden mentions to Alicia that in the contract it attempts to exclude her from any contact with Matthew Ashbaugh. He's dead though so she gets in contact with Lila, Matthew's wife. She asks about the unresolved cases and Lila warns Alicia that there's already a will and she won't get any money.
Peter calls Alicia and informs her that he received an email about the Christmas party. He promises to attend as long as he can bring his mother, Jackie. Eli warns him that he shouldn't go without seeing the guest list because it could reflect badly on him. Peter doesn't care though and insists on going to the party.
Alicia questions Boyle about the contract while Robyn records it. She asks about any profit sharing that it could exclude her from. Boyle tells her nice try and leaves with the contract. Hayden walks over and says Matthew has another will that states that Alicia will receive $12,000,000.
As Jackie sets up Christmas decorations in Peter's office, she receives a call from Alicia. She invites Jackie to the Christmas party, who agrees to come with Peter.
Boyle confronts Kalinda about her following him. She needs to know how involved he is with his former clients but he says they only had a work relationship.
Eli wants Marilyn to convince Peter not to go to the party because of some of the guests. He explains how it may be an ethics violation for Peter to be seen with Colin Sweeney. Marilyn thinks it's too late to change Peter's mind so they will have to talk to Alicia about it.
Florrick-Agos fights against LG in court about Matthew's two wills. Judge Peter Dunaway is overseeing the case and tells Boyle to call up his first witness. Paula Gidfar is the witness to Matthew's second will. Boyle calls on her reliability and he gets in an argument with Cary. Alicia has a flashback and whispers in Cary's ear. Boyle argues that since Paula was paid for her time, the will is invalid. Cary asks Hayden to cross examine the witness. He stumbles through his questioning and Cary's help doesn't do much to further their case. Hayden realizes that Paula was off the clock at the time that she witnessed the will so it is valid.
Kalinda continues to track Boyle. They race around until Kalinda is pulled over by the police. She tells the officer that she is an investigator on a suspect's trail. Boyle pulls up just then and greets the Jenna, the officer. He tells her to go easy on her because she meant well. Jenna arrests Kalinda.
Veronica waits for Alicia at the Florrick-Agos office. She receives a call from Jackie who asks if she will be at the holiday party.
Diane questions Lila Ashbaugh about her husband's behavior. Alicia had a flashback to when Matthew admitted that his eccentricity was just a show. Hayden questions Lila about a motto that Matthew used to have in his office. It looks as if Matthew was sane up until his death. Before the judge rules, Diane tells Will that it looks like they will lose this case. Will has a flashback to when he caught Matthew staring at Alicia. He interrupts the judge and calls another witness to the stage. Will accuses of Alicia of influencing Matthew to draw up another will. Cary asks what Alicia what Will has against him. Hayden thinks Alicia will be accused of seducing Matthew.
Back at the office, Alicia meets with Veronica and invites her to the party. Marilyn and Eli are next to talk to her. They don't want Peter and Sweeney in the same room together. Alicia refuses to speak with Sweeney because she won't uninvite a guest.
Kalinda tries to figure out why Jenna owes Boyle. She's going to be held overnight unless she works her charm to convince Jenna to let her free. Kalinda tells a bad joke and Jenna turns to look at her.
Will sits down to write out his plan on how to question Alicia. He thinks back to one night when they met with Matthew at his house. He threatened to fire Alicia and she later told Will that Matthew was in love with her. She admitted that she could control Matthew if she wanted to. Will gets emotional when he thinks back to when he was in love with Alicia. That night she told him that it was the happiest she had ever been. The questioning turns more personal as he goes on thinking about the case. His girlfriend tells him to relax and come to bed.
Eli tells Peter about a woman who wants to meet with him at the same time as Alicia's party. He suggests that Donna Brazile wants to talk to him about a possible presidential run in 2016. Peter asks if Eli is trying to pull something over on him. He agrees to cancel the party so that he can meet with Donna.
Jenna and Kalinda sit in bed together at Jenna's place. Kalinda is there to find out about Boyle. Jenna warns that she likes Boyle more so she won't say anything. Kalinda tells Jenna she will just have to get to know her.
Jackie calls Alicia to ask if she can bring someone to the party. She's just about to head into court though. Will questions her using what he prepared last night.She admits to claiming that Matthew was in love with her and also that she could use his love to manipulate him. Will asks if she convinced him to change his will and she says she did. He asks if anyone else was involved in this manipulation. She accuses David Lee of being involved with the first will. Will is shocked by this and tries to end the questioning. She continues and states that David Lee wanted Alicia to manipulate Matthew into changing the first will to benefit Lila.
Peter is in his limo with Donna and Eli. He receives a call from Jackie and has to interrupt Donna's question about the presidential run. Peter asks Donna if she wants to go to a party much to the dismay of Eli.
Eli calls Alicia to let them know that they are coming after all. Alicia is happy to tell Eli that Sweeney's flight was held up so he won't be there. Alicia spots Lemond Bishop enter. She doesn't think Eli will be happy that Chicago's largest drug dealer is at the party. Robyn admits that she invited Lemond because she thought Alicia would want him as a client.
Will calls Alicia to inform her that another four wills have been found that belong to Matthew. Each one pledged money to a different woman. She hangs up and thanks Peter for coming and bringing Donna.
Veronica chats to Marilyn about her child. Marilyn knows that it's a boy and has decided on the name Peter. Eli spits his drink out when he hears the news.
