In the third Jimmy Timmy Power Hour, Jimmy and Timmy decide to hang out when they learn Cindy is away. They soon become great friends, without realizing that they are ignoring their old friends. Along the way, they decide to create their own super villian, who turns out to have no evil intentions at first. But when Jimmy and Timmy ditch the villian at the mall, he replaces his kindness with rage and seeks revenge on them.
