Maxie Zuess is angered over his recent loss in Gotham's most recent election to find the city a new Mayor. Now, Maxie has decided to take control of Gotham City, and only The Batman and Batgirl can stop him.

Episode Notes

Batgirl is brought into the loop and given some of Batman's tech.

This episode was supposed to be aired on Feb 11 2006, but they switched the schedual.

The Bat-Wing appears for the first time in the series.

Batgirl gets a new utility belt.

Apparently Batman has a special suit for when he is in the Bat-Wing.

Mayor Grange is elected mayor for the second time in this episode.

Zeus: It would seem we have gremlins.
Batgirl: That would be me.

Commissioner Gordon: Only one thing we can do -- wait for the Bat.
Mayor Grange: So he can do what? Knock down that flying battleship with his boomerang?
Commissioner Gordon: Batarang.

Alfred: It seems the Batgirl proved more durable than the Batwing.

Batgirl: (to Batman) Partner? That would suggest we actually speak once in a while. You know, keep each other in the loop?

Batgirl: I'm in the Loop!

The Batman: You're right, Alfred, I think Batgirl's earned some wings of her own.
