It was good and bloody just like I love it. So Dean comes back from the hell but the source he thinks got him out of there turns out to be a total surprise.
I liked how they made up the thing to be hideous and then the twist at the end completely changed everything (if that's what it really is). It was good not too many people get the chance to come out of hell.

Oh, that was so good. OK, I'm a little worried about the whole angel/God thing, but I have faith (heh) in Kripke. For now. Plus, the angel was hot and a good actor. Great casting there. Speaking of hot, Dean looks even better after dying. I loved when Bobby threw the holy water in his face -- "Can't be too careful."
My only gripe is that the new actress playing Ruby should have tried to be more ... Ruby-like. I know they had to get rid of Katie, but the new girl could have at least watched a tape of her performances. Thumbs down, new girl.

Wow, good episode. Definitely better than most of the season 3 episodes. Dean crawling out of his grave was kinda creepy yet awesome. I like the direction this season is going. Can't wait for next week.

Yeah, I just can't imagine it being Ruby inside her. 
I liked the seance bit and Pamela losing her eyes, that was freaky.
