Meg Masters [Season 1], played by Nicki Aycox
Meg first came into the brothers' lives when she met Sam on the side of the road as he was heading to California to find his father. They meet up once again crossed at a bus station where Sam opens up to Meg about Dean and Meg tries to convince him to go with her to California and leave Dean for good. However, Sam chooses Dean over Meg, causing Meg to kill a man in a van and draining his blood into a chalice.
Meg later crosses the Winchesters' paths in a Chicago bar and Sam agrees to meet up with her later. Sam follows her, without her knowing, and sees her talking to a mysterious being, who Sam and Dean conclude was a Daeva, which might be the demon that they're after.
Episodes later, Meg calls Sam to talk to John. While talking to John, she kills a friend of the Winchesters, Caleb, and tells Sam that until he gives her the Colt, she'll continue to kill family members. John agrees to the deal, but gives Meg a fake version of the Colt. When she discovers she's been deceived, she captures John. However, Sam and Dean are able to kidnap Meg and demand to know where their father is being held. As Meg breathed her last breath, she admits to the brothers that she had been possessed by a demon for the last year but was awake for some of it. Meg then slowly passed away, uttering the word "sunrise". |

The Yellow Eyed Demon [Season 1], played by [unknown person]
The biggest villain of them all is a demon with a master plan who is often referred to as "The Yellow Eyed Demon" due to the fact that whenever this demon takes a host, the eyes glow yellow. Dean and Sam encountered this demon very early on before they even knew what a Demon was when it killed their mother. The demon's ultimate plan is unknown but we do know that it's trying to kill off anybody with special abilities for the upcoming war between humans and demons therefore Sam and his family is it's biggest target. Since a demon can move from body to body there is no way to identify it until it tells you or it's eyes glow. |
