"What Kind of Day Has It Been" is also the title of a West Wing episode in which an assassination attempt is made on the President's personal aide. In "What Kind of Day Has It Been?", Bradley Whitford's, who stars in this series as Danny, character is seriously injured. The same title was used for the first season finale of Sports Night, another series created by Aaron Sorkin -- "What Kind of Day Has It Been".
