I'm watching my tape of tonight's episode. Sucre's comment about "why would he send an email about London if he had no business there" sounded sooo incredibly scripted. I groaned. |

It was pre-empted in my area for the Broncos-Raiders game. I think it airs tonight instead. |

It wasn't pre-empted in my area. A great episode, I loved the comedy with asian hacker and the gang....lol at the pecker pills comment. Exciting episode, I love Michael Rapaport's turn here he is like a dictator and a wuss at the same time. Great action and suspense how they got the info of the server turned into a disaster they literally just got away with it. |

Finally got to see it tonight.
All in all, it was a good episode, possibly better than the premiere. I liked that it was chock full of action -- the fast-paced episodes are usually my favorites. The scenes with Mahone were very good. It was nice to see Linc team up with him.
I noticed Michael was having more brain issues. Makes me wonder if he has some sort of tumor. |

The second half made this episode. After a slow start with a lot of contrived tension (and I really disliked all the scenes with Wyatt and Bruce), boredom was starting to set in. But the second half where they were on the run from Self was fantastic, the tension was back and natural, it felt like the best bits of Season 2. I seriously have doubts that the 2nd half on this episode will be topped this season. One thing stood out throughout though- Mahone. Another superb preformance by Fitchner, this is up there with his best work on the show, if not the best he's done so far. Since season 2 he's always been the most important part of the show, but now he is absolutely crucial and I have doubts the show would work without him, he is seriously one of the best actors on tv right now. The development with his relationship with Linc was a highlight
This was hardly tipping an 8 before the halfway mark, then blazing towards a 9 for the terrific second half. Added to Fitchner's marvelous preformance, this gets a very nice 9.5/10 from me |

Did anybody else groan about Sucre's comment that I mentioned above? So fake.
I loved when Linc grabed that fire ax and just walked in to the building and knocked his way into the server room. Michael's brains failed so Linc's brawn came in handy.
I miss Bruce. That was really sad. They did it in such a way where you really felt for the character. We know Mahone's son is dead but we didn't actually watch it happen, so it's not as severe.
I really hope they don't kill too many more people or it'll be like how 24 was for season 5.
How do we know the scary black guy with the beard is named Wyatt? I never heard them use his name on screen. Did I just miss it? |

Well all the episode summaries refer to him as Wyatt so...
I mean: Michael and the team have one day to find the next cardholder or they risk going back to prison. Mahone seeks revenge on Wyatt who is attempting to extract info on Sara’s whereabouts, while T-Bag finds the gateway to his new identity and future

Michael spent a lot of time yelling this episode. I love when he yells. I bet his yelling would be more effective if he did it sans shirt. *nudges the writers*

I agree with all of this, Randy! When Sucre made that comment, I couldn't help but laugh. Linc with the ax was awesome -- very Link-like to just go in and smash something. The part with Bruce made me tear up. I figured dude was gonna shoot him anyway, but it was still really sad.

Not so sure on michael shouting, especially at the start when he was yelling at Self. Horrible acting from both parties |

Totally. I had read your comment before watching the episode, so I new it was coming, but it was terrible anyway.

Yeah, I read the official summaries, but I didn't know where in the show they said his name.

Michael caved into Self's demand a little quickly. Michael was so angry and his opposition evaporated at a moment's notice. Weak acting.
Linc is good at smashing things. Maybe he'll get to hold down Wyatt and mindlessly punch him like he did with Bill Kim.
Bruce's death was very sad. We saw them kill Veronica way back in season two and that was sad, but there was something about Bruce where I really didn't want anything bad to happen to him. |
