Scofield: The reason we're all here today is we have a decision to make…English, Fitz or Percy. If we’re gonna pull this off…we need to take one of them out.
Abruzzi: And you want us to tell you which one?
Scofield: I just want you to help me get to them. I'll take it from there.

This conversation alludes to the streets surrounding the prison; however we don’t find that out until much later, after this conversation takes place. As it happens, it sounds like they're talking about “taking out” another person.
