"Hearts 'n' Scalpels" producer Dawn Budge, refuses to allow the show to join a gay-pride parade. Meanwhile, Christian starts with his old habits again, and Sean hires Gina as a receptionist, to get back at Christian because of Julia. Also, Matt's disfigured rehab counselor, Rachael Ben Natan, sees Sean when ever experiencing a face pain, but the case is more intense than it seems.
