The survival training is in full swing. In order to pass the test, they must each steal a bell from Kakashi. However, Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura are going to find out that doing that isn't as easy as it sounds

Episode Notes

Team 7 was the first team to pass Kakashi's test.

Kakashi credits each member of his team to having a weakness.

Naruto: Opted to do everything by himself and never attempted to team up with the others.
Sakura: Was only concerned about Sasuke's will being. Naruto got captured a number of times, but she never stopped to help him once.
Sasuke: Put himself above Naruto and Sakura. Basically the same as Naruto, didn't attempt to team up with the others.

(Sakura sees Sasuke's head above the dirt.)
Sakura: Huh?
Sasuke: Sakura?
Sakura: (Screams) Sasuke's just a head without a body and he's talking!
(Sakura faints)
Sasuke: (Sweat drops) And that's my partner.

Sasuke: Genjutsu. Just simple mind control. I'm not surprised that he got Sakura with it, but...I'm not like Sakura and Naruto.
Kakashi: Say that after you get one of these bells, my Sasuke

Kakashi: You have talent, and you were right, you are different from the others, but different isn't always better. They say the nail that sticks up is the one that gets hammered down.

Sakura: I passed? All I did was faint and fall over. You get points for that?
Inner Sakura: Love wins out! Cha cha cha!

Kakashi: Uh-oh. Stomachs growling, huh? That's too bad. Oh, and about this excercise? Well, I've decided: I won't send any of you back to the Academy.
Naruto: That means all three of us...all three of us!
Kakashi: Yes, all three of you...are being dropped from the program! Permenantly!
