Sakura Haruno, voiced by Kate Higgins
Often credited as the brightest genin of her year, Sakura Haruno makes up the third member of Team 7. Naruto has a crush (who she hates early on, but softens up to later in the series) on her, but her feelings belong to none other than Sasuke (much to the chargin of Naruto). She's extremely gifted at genjutsus, but she has no special bloodline jutsus.
Ino Yamanaka is another important figure in her life. The two were best friends as child (Ino convincing Sakura to show more confident in herself). As a symbol of their friendship, Ino gave Sakura a red ribbon. Their friendship however crumbled when Sakura and Ino both started to crush on Sasuke. Their friendship became official over when Sakura gave Ino back her ribbon. |
