He is Deputy Director of NCIS. He is first seen on NCIS in episode Internal Affairs. Here he is replacing Jenny because there an investigation against here. In the last episode of Season 5 when Jenny is killed he becomes Director of NCIS. Then as his first act he pulles Gibbs team apart but he did this to achieve a great goal.

Agent Timothy "Tim" McGee is played by Sean Murray. He joins the team in the second season. McGee has a MIT grade and is the computer guy within the team. Once he got an order to hack the CIA system to get information for the team. Usually DiNozzo makes fun of his last name, calling him McGeek or McKnowItAll.

Dr. Donald Mallard, also called Ducky, is played by David McCallum. He is the medical examiner. He does the autopsies on the bodies and determine the cause of death. He is from the United Kingdom and he has some old habits like telling his stories forever on end.

Abby Sciuto is played by Pauley Perrette. She is the Forensics specialist within the team. She loves rock music, Caff Pow, and is a goth. That is what makes her a wired and funny person.

Ziva David is played by Cote de Pablo. Ziva is a beautiful Mossad liaison reassigned to NCIS by Jenny Shepard. She had to kill her half brother, Ari, to save Gibbs and prove her loyalty. Ziva is the replacement for Kate, who was killed in the last episode of season 2 by Ari. It is hinted that she likes DiNozzo.

Special Agent Anthony "Tony" Dinozzo is played by Michael Weatherly. Tony is a former homicide detective who has instincts that come only from working on the streets. He is from the start, part of team Gibbs. Later he is joined by Kate and McGee. When Kate dies, she is replaced by Ziva. Between Ziva and Tony there is more than a feeling, but neither try to show it. But after Tony kills Michael, Ziva starts to hate him.

He is the leader of his team and has his gut feelings to prove he is the only leader, even though Tony would love to be on top one day. Gibbs is a former Marine and has many rules that all of his team must know. He always has to have a cup of black coffee anywhere he goes and teaches the team to know when they need to get him a refill. He’s been married 4 times and divorced 3. His first wife Shannon and daughter Kelly were killed when Gibbs solved a case and the man went after him. He has been blown up twice and the second time, he had flashbacks of when he was married with Shannon.
