	Special Agent Caitlin "Kate" Todd [Seasons 1-2], played by Sasha Alexander Special Agent Caitlin "Kate" Todd is played by Sasha Alexander. Kate was a secret service agent and her job was to protect the President of the U.S.A. She then joined Gibbs' team because Gibbs got her fired from her job. On the last episode of the second season Kate was killed by Ari Haswari, Ziva's half brother.
