Michel Roux's Service sees Michel attempting to train eight young people all of which have never previously considered a career like this to become front-of-house superstars.

The trainees face their final challenge and Michel wants them to take over service at his own two Michelin-starred restaurant, Le Gavroche. A the end of the show Michel has to decide which two of his trainees should be awarded the life-changing scholarships that will launch their careers in high-end service.
