When a woman's body is found stuffed inside a suitcase, police believe the victim, Mindy Keefe, was on her way to Tampa when she was killed. Stabler and Benson turn to Keefe's boyfriend, Owen Cassidy, who claims he was on his boat during the time of the murder. Further investigation leads the detectives to an online dating website, but when the CEO of the site is uncooperative, the detectives go to ADA Sonya Paxton for help.
