Episode Summary

When the wealthy father of a teenaged party girl (guest star Aleksa Palladino) is found stabbed to death, Detectives Goren (Vincent D'Onofrio) and Eames (Kathryn Erbe) suspect a mysterious nightclub owner (guest star Adam Trese) whose unsavory reputation and connection to the mob aroused the victim's fears. However, the cop investigators are stymied when they bump up against an immovable object after they discover the surprising hidden identity of the slick club proprietor. Jamey Sheridan and Courtney B. Vance also star.
