A.D.A. Serena Southerlyn [Episodes 254-338], played by Elisabeth Röhm
Serena Southerlyn replaced A.D.A. Abbie Carmichael in the District Attorney's Office. Paired with E.A.D.A. Jack McCoy, Southerlyn had a more liberal view compared to D.A. Arthur Branch, which caused a hard relationship between the two. She was later fired because Branch felt she was too sympathetic for the defendants. It is then we understand that Southerlyn is lesbian. She asks Branch if that is the reason for her dismissal, where he assures her it isn't. |
