Bill, is a good hearted man who looks up to Hank for all the right advice. He was once married to Delorace but she broke his heart and left him. Over the years Bill has tried to find woman to setlle down with but has nad no luck finding the right woman. Bill works for the arny as a hairdresser. Bill use to play football and have lots of hair, but that ended up leaving him. Bill has no kids and likes to drink and goof off. |
