I can't wait for next season. I wish I was a writer on this show, because I think I have a hilarious episode idea. It deals with Marshall's bachelor party, and how Barney insists upon hiring a stripper (whom he knows personally, of course). The girls get wind of this idea, and hire a (male) stripper of their own to crash the party. The funniest scene would be just as the guys are getting into the party and things are getting loud, there's a knock on the door. They open the door to see a police officer, who has apparently been called by a neighbor to warn them about the noise. Ted apologizes for the trouble, tells the officer they'll keep it down, and then he notices something:
"Officer, why are you carrying a boombox?"
The "officer" smiles, starts the music and unbuttons his shirt.
Barney:
"OH MY GOD."
I can totally see the girls planning the prank, the looks on the guys' faces as they realize what's happening, and the banter about it at the bar afterward.
