Hope and Faith are surprised to receive a Halloween party invite from a crazy neighbor woman (Carol Kane) whom they used to terrorize when they were children. The sisters' Halloween turns out to be truly scary when the woman tries to exact her revenge by trapping them in a torture chamber.
