Niki's son, Micah, is a boy prodigy. He has an deep knowledge and understanding of technology, specifically computers. Due to Niki's involvement with the mob and her occupation, Micah worries dearly for his mother and hates being away from her. After being reunited with his father, D.L., he confesses his mother's split personality disorder that has "changed" his mom for the worse.
Micah's gift of techopathy is one that is coveted by Linderman, who uses a clever ruse to kidnap Micah to New York City. Though he sees quickly through Candace's illusion, he does as he is told--he "fixes" the election in favor of Nathan Petrelli, making him win by a landslide. After he is rescued by his mother, he gets a broken elevator to work, helping his family (along with Molly Walker and Mohinder Suresh) escape. He is witness to the explosion of Peter Petrelli, miles above the stratosphere from the plaza in New York City. |
