Miley makes plan to have a girls night out with Lily on her birthday but her plane gets delayed and she has to get help from some pretty crazy Robbie Ray fans to get home to her in time. Meanwhile since Oliver is sick Jackson is left to keep Lily company and is not a very good host.

Auditioning for the starring role of a cartoon duck, Miley tries her best but still doesn't impress the director. Willing to do anything for the part, Miley receives advice from a professional voice-over actor and she even goes as far as working with a real duck. Meanwhile, Rico wishes to turn his bar into a fancy restaurant with a lot of gadgets like electronic pagers and a number dispenser, but trouble occurs.
