The "Glenn Beck" program addresses current issues around the world, generally in four parts. First, "The Point" takes a topic and Beck gives his view on what effects it is having in the world. "What I Know / What I Don't Know" follows, elaborating on the subject in the previous segment. "The Real Story" follows, which is often a collaboration of different, though usually related, news stories. Sometimes at the end, Beck reads e-mail from his viewers. Throughout the show, there are generally two or three interviews regarding the issues addressed in "The Point" and "The Real Story." On October 16, 2008, Beck announced that his show will switch networks from CNN Headline News to Fox News beginning in January of 2009.
