On the third season opener, the TAPS team goes to Investigate an alleged hunting's at the Bird Cage Theater in Tombstone, Arizona, which is a famous old-West nightspot, said to have been frequented by legendary figures such as Wyatt Earp and Doc Holliday while it operated in the 1880s.

36 :03x02 - O.K. Corral (Oct/18/2006)
On the second episode of the season two parter, the TAPS team continues their investigation at the site of a legendary 1881 Wild West shoot-out involving the Earp brothers, Doc Holliday and the Clanton gang in O.K. Corral in Tombstone, Arizona. Also the TAPS team investigates alleged paranormal activities in the Copper Queen Hotel in Brisbee, Arizona.

37 :03x03 - Shadow People (Oct/25/2006)
The TAPS team travels to a Vermont home to investigate some alleged hunted activities plaguing the home and its residents. Later, TAPS travels to an old closed penitentiary called "The West Virginia State Penitentiary" in Moundsville, West Virginia to investigate phenomena attributed to “shadow people.” The penitentiary was attributed to be known to be one of the most bloodiest and violent penitentiary's in America.

On this Halloween Special, TAPS revisits the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, Colorado. The Stanley Hotel was the inspiration for Steven King's "The Shining ". The episode will air live and six hours long.

On the Ghost Hunters mid season finale, TAPS heads over towards Ireland for their first ever investigation over seas. TAPS investigates an old Ireland Castle named The "Leap Castle" and also known as "The Elemental". TAPS tries to solve the mystery of the rumored hauntings that have been known to happen their.

42 :03x07 - Irish Ruins (Jun/06/2007)
The TAPS team Travels to Europe to visit the Ireland's Lisheen Ruins where a purported ghostly activity is taking place; Also, the team goes to London to probe tales about the Viaduct Tavern.
 
43 :03x08 - Hellfire Caves (Jun/13/2007)
The TAPS team, still in Europe, go to explore a labyrinth under rural England known as the Hellfire Caves (also known as West Wycombe Caves), located in Chiltern Hills, Buckinghamshire, England. Place of which was used by a secret satanic society to protect its members and their stage rituals from being public. There have been numerous reports of phantom like men walking around, and disembodied voices roaming the caves.

TAPS also takes a side trip to the "Jack the Rippers Haunts Walk", which is a walking tour of locations of some of the most gruesome events of the history of Jack the Ripper.

Antique dolls allegedly move by themselves in a Chesapeake, Va., home; claims concerning the General Stanton Inn in Charlestown, R.I., are probed.
 
46 :03x11 - U.S.S. Lexington (Jul/11/2007)
Corpus Christi, Texas, is visited for an investigation aboard the USS Lexington; the team goes to Rhode Island to probe alleged spectral activity in a jail-turned-historic site.

New investigator Kris Williams joins the team for a trip to Seattle, where they search tunnels for ghosts from the Gold Rush era after probing cold spots at an abandoned psychiatric hospital known as the "Northern State Hospital".

The team goes to Seattle to help a family sort out some purportedly paranormal activity. Then, the century-old Moore Theater is visited for an investigation.
 
51 :03x16 - Houses of the Holy (Oct/17/2007)
A priest summons TAPS to probe a church rectory in Washington State. Also: Rhode Island's Sprague Mansion is investigated.
 
52 :03x17 - Lyceum Restaurant & Hawthorne Hotel (aka Salem Witch) (Oct/24/2007)
The Salem witch trials are examined during a trip to Massachusetts. Included: the Lyceum Bar and Grill and the Hawthorne Hotel.
 
Live Halloween Special (Oct/31/2007)
On this years Ghost Hunters Live Halloween Special, TAPS goes back to investigate the Waverly Hills Sanatorium in Louisville, Kentucky where TAPS had previously investigated and had many paranormal experiences at. TAPS is joined by special guest host Joshua Gates from the show Destination Truth, and ECW Superstar Elijah Burke.
During this special, TAPS will reveal the finalists of the "Who wants to be a a Ghost Hunter" contest, who will also accompany them in this special as guest investigators as a final test.

The TAPS team returns to Anastasia Island, Florida for a special re-investigation of the St. Augustine lighthouse. When TAPS first investigated the St. Augustine lighthouse they encountered evidence in the form of disembodied voices and a mysterious presence of a dark figure.
