| 19 :02x09 - Worthington Home / Asylum (Sep/21/2005) | On this episode, the TAPS team investigates mysterious occurrences at an old asylum in Bethany, New York known as the Rolling Hills Asylum. Jason and Grant decide to take the new team trainee members along with them for this case. Reports of hair pulling, unidentifiable noises and phantom smells have been noted in the past.
Later, on the second half of the episode, the TAPS team goes on to investigate a residential house whose homeowners, the Worthington’s, have claimed that they have been plagued with paranormal occurrences. | 20 :02x10 - Eastern State / Vacation Home (Sep/28/2005) | On this episode, Jason receives an e-mail sent by a seventh-grade class whom are fans of the show, which asks if TAPS will ever return to the Eastern State Penitentiary. Jason and Grant thinks it through and agree that its time to return for an update investigation. While setting up the equipment, Jason remembers the last time the team was hear and remember the dark Shadowy man-like figure running down the hallway. During the investigation, Paula and Steve get a high EMF (Electro Magnetic Field) reading, but it was due to Steve pointing the instrument in the middle of an infrared camera. Also, Grant hears whispering sounds from one of the cells, and Dave Tango thinks he hears something walking in one of the rooms. Strangely enough, their wasn’t much evidence this time around, and so Jason and Grant feels like the want to come back again on a latter occasion.
A customer, Paula Ogden, walks in the TAPS headquarters and talks to Donna about her new house problems, she and her boyfriend have noticed several paranormal phenomenon happening on their home like the radio spontaneously turning on and off when its not even plugged in, and one time when her boyfriend, Colin, spent the night at Paula’s house he woke up cuts bleeding on his arm. At the house were TAPS is investigating, Paula shows everyone around and indicates were strange things have happened to her and her friends. In a room in the house, a TAPS member notices that all his instrument’s batteries are dying; witch is in indication that spirits maybe draining energy from them. Other odd occurrences like the dropping in temperature and strange touching sensations are noted by some TAPS members. The most notable evidence found on this investigation was that, Jason and Grant were in the living room and suddenly hear some strange voices and out of knower Grant’s flashlight got smacked of his hands, and after this on the same place they get a large EMF (Electro Magnetic Field) reading.. Some EVPs were found, but none were conclusive enough to be brought as evidence.
They conclude that there's paranormal activity in the house, and could be a human type of haunting. Keith Johnson, a holy man, blesses the house. Later in the episode, Dona tells Jason and Grant about a Jail built in 1891 in St Augustine, Florida known as the “Old Jail”, this Jail is thought to be haunted by ghosts of dead inmates of the 8 authorized hanging that were conducted here.
