Episode Notes

This is the last episode featuring the Golden Cup building.

The names of the "Clone Clan" are more or less the California equivalents of the New York-named Wyvern clan (e.g., Broadway/Hollywood).

Episode Quotes

Goliath: Demona must be gathering weapons for another offensive.
Brooklyn: Then let's offend her first!

Demona: I should have known. You always travel in groups.
Goliath: We are a clan, Demona. That's something you forgot long ago.

Demona: Typical humans. They pillage the castle and steal our children.
Angela: No, it wasn't like that. The princess saved us. She's part of my clan, as you are.
Demona: Know this, young one, humans have no place in any gargoyle clan. Goliath has lost sight of this simple truth. If you truly are my daughter, we must always be there for one another. That is what it means to belong to a clan.

Fang: Man, you chicks are better then soaps!

Sevarius: You know, when they call bio-engineering a 'growth industry', they're not kidding.

Dr. Sevarius: Nice doing business with you, Thailog. All you have to do now is decide on the programming. My advice, keep it simple. You don't want to end up with another you.
Thailog: My thoughts exactly.

Angela: Yes, but that-that doesn't explain how you could have done so many terrible things.
Demona: How can you judge me? You've been hiding on a magical island while I have been out in the real world.

Fang: Hey, yo, Goliath! How many gargoyles does it take to screw in a light bulb, huh?

Demona: Well, well, if it isn't my judge and jury.
Goliath: You chose your own fate, Demona, when you turned against your clan.
Demona: Clan, you don't know the meaning of the word. But, I'll teach you.

Fang: Hey, Demona, I've always respected you as a fellow inmate. Some of my best friends are half-gargoyle-half-human babes with bad attitudes.

Demona: (about Fang) He's a fool, but he may be of some use.
Fang: I can work with that.

Thailog: Face it, Goliath – my clan can beat your clan any day of the week.

Thailog: Now, now – that's your friends' genetic makeup you're insulting.

Thailog: Do you wish to perish?
Demona: My vengeance is all you've left me!

Burbank: You our master now?
Talon: Better then that. I'll teach you how to think for yourselves. And use verbs.

Episode Goofs

Fang was locked up with Demona for at least five weeks by the day that it showed her changing on-screen. But he looked shocked when she turned human.

NOT a goof - Everyone assumes that Demona is dead after seeing her disappear in the fire, but she is immortal. The clan doesn't really know the limits of Demona's and McBeth's immortality clause, they didn't even know if it was still active. For all they knew, she could die crushed or by the fire.

When Talon and Goliath are caught by the collapsing ceiling, they are standing together, barely a foot or two apart. But when Goliath wakes up, Talon is now about 20' over to Goliath's right (audience's left).
