A serial killer keeps calling the CTOK radio's on-air psychiatrist and murdering his victims on the air. Dr. Christina Noble assists Nick in the case, while Detective Schanke goes through old psychiatric records. Dr. Noble thinks there is a possibility that the killer is acting out a murderous fantasy - one that may in fact involve her.
