Peter: Three days? That's tomorrow.

Peter: Brian, there's a message in my Alphabits! It says, 'Oooooo!'
Brian: - Peter, those are 'Cheerios'.

Brian: Oh, dear god. You saw them together, didn't you?
Stewie: Uh huh...
Brian: ...You know the tub where you take your little baths? ...They did it there too.
(Stewie gasps)

Chris: Dad, what would you say if I told I didn't want to be in the Scouts?
Peter: I'd say, ''Come again?'' and I'd laugh 'cause I said, ''Come''.

Lois: Hey I know, lets play a game. Now I'm thinking of a movie.
Meg: Is it an action movie?
Chris: Who's in the movie?
Peter: Wait, is it a good movie?

Peter: Cool Runnings
Lois: Yep!

Episode Goofs

If you look closely, you'll notice that Leonard Cornfeathers' neck is a different color than his hands and face.

When Chris sits on the bed, it goes down slightly, but when Meg sits on it it goes down a good amount. This would mean that she weighs more than Chris, which is clearly impossible.

When the family is seen before the “Happy Days” scene, Stewie is sitting in Lois' lap.
After the scene, when it cuts back to the family, Stewie is suddenly reading a book.

Also the book changes color from blue when it first appears to red after Peter sits down.

“One Day At A Time” was a CBS sitcom & wouldn't be aired on PBS

Cultural References

“Happy Days”

The family watches an episode of the long running sitcom “Happy Days” (1974-1984) in which the character “Richie Cunningham” (who was played by Ron Howard) expresses his attraction to another character “Potsie” (Anson Williams).
The rest of the Cunningham family, “Marion” (Marion Ross), “Howard” (Tom Bosley) & “Joanie” (Erin Moran) also appear with “Joanie” having no lines.

“The Fonz” (Henry Winkler) appears after Peter joins the family to watch.

“Mahha GoGoGo” aka “Speed Racer” (English title)

The characters “Speed Racer” & “Pops Racer” from the anime series “Speed Racer” (1967-1968) appear competing in Chris' soap box derby race and later commenting on the Griffins going to New York.

Peter: “Who died and made you President Nixon”

Richard Milhous Nixon (January 9, 1913 – April 22, 1994) was the thirty-seventh President of the United States (1969–1974), and the only president to ever resign the office. He was also the thirty-sixth Vice President of the United States (1953–1961).
