Meanwhile, Joe borrows $20,000 from a loan shark to pay for Bonnie's medical bills, but then plans to steal the money from Mr. Pewterschmidt to pay his debt

| In the original airing of this episode, there is an extended cutaway of an audio recording where Peter argues with Christian Bale (parodying Bale's tirade on the set of "Terminator: Salvation"). On the Cartoon Network reruns and the FOX rerun on April 5, 2009, this scene is cut, and another scene is added where Brian tells Stewie that his music video to Joe's newborn daughter is worse than when Peter was stuck in sex face, followed by a cutaway of Peter eating dinner with an orgasmic look on his face.
