Episode Summary

Dr. Greene has a tough day balancing work, an unusual visit from his lawyer and a growing relationship with a co-worker. Jeanie goes to the wall with Dr. Weaver over her right to a job, then faces complicated issues with Al. When Dr. Carter protects a patient's civil rights and has a run-in with a police officer, Dr. Del Amico comes to his rescue. Mother and daughter accident victims lead to tough decisions for Dr. Benton and Dr. Corday. Dr. Ross comes to the aid of a sickle cell patient whose medication has been stolen.
