Doug Out in Left Field. Patty sneaks on to the baseball field as a guy for tryouts, and makes the team with flying colors. When she reveals that she's a girl, she is rejected and sent home. Patti decides to round-up all of the rejectees, and create a baseball team: The Patti Pulverizers! She then challenges Coach Spitz to a game. Meanwhile, Doug mistakenly believes that Patti is counting on him to help her win, when she points to him, referring to the whole crowd.

Episode Quotes |

Newscaster: Doug Funnie, how's it feel to blow the World Series, ruin your career, and destroy your chances with Patti Mayonaise?
(Doug vomits out of camera view, then faints) | Patti: But Bebe, if you quit, we'll be one man -- I mean one girl -- I mean one player short! | Doug: Here's my chance, I can't let Patti down.
(strikes, then lets go of the bat, thus making it travel through the air) | Sportscaster: Here comes Doug Funnie, the worst player in baseball history! | Coach Spitz: (to Doug) Negative muscle-mass: get out!
Skeeter: What about me, coach?
Coach Spitz: Negative Brain-Mass: off my field! | Sportscaster: (in Doug's daydream) With an astonishing 1000 batting average, Patti Mayonaise! |
