Craig Manning is a new student at Degrassi. He's rich, charming, mysterious, and a photographer. When he recognizes Emma, both Emma and Manny can't help but to crush on him. When Joey Jeremiah, who married Craig's mother (who is now dead) after his parents divorced catches Craig taking pictures of him and his daughter Angela, Joey becomes uneasy.

Craig decides to run away to British Columbia with Angela with the money his father gave him for a new camera. When Joey finds out, Craig decides to end it all by facing an on-going train.

After long, dull afternoon at Joey's house, Craig decides to take the guys for a drive at Joey's car dealership, which turns out to be a drive around town.

Toby decides to take drastic measures to loose weight.

Ashamed of her Somalian heritage, and her Muslim background, Hazel pretends she is Jamaican at the International Day at Degrassi. She goes so far to insult Fareeza, a fellow Muslim. When Fareeza's International Day display is vandalized, and has "terrorist" on it, Hazel becomes the main suspect. J.T. becomes embarrassed when everyone finds out he is good at sewing.

The girls challenge the guys to a floor hockey match- winner gets the new uniforms. Liberty doesn't make the team, and becomes the self-proclaimed manager, and becomes controlling. Terri reads Paige's palm, and discovers she has no life line. Paige and Hazel notices she didn't read her dominant hand, and play with the fact that Terri thinks that she's dying.
