• Sound mixer for COPS dies in Las Vegas. |
Steve Malito, a veteran sound mixer for the TV show COPS died August 5th in his sleep of a blocked artery in Las Vegas while he was working on the show. No other details are available at this time.
His funeral will be on Wednesday, August 16th, 2006, with a viewing at 12:30 and services beginning at 2pm at the Cypress Fairbanks Funeral Home in Houston.
Steve was a long time Houston audio man and had been working on COPS for the last 15 years.
