Episode Notes

Survivor count: 47,875

From this episode onward, the music in the credit sequence is taken from the original Season 1 U.K. title sequence that Moore and Eick wanted from the beginning. The episode also introduces the onscreen update in the survivor count, which had previously only been seen on Roslin's whiteboard aboard Colonial One. Missing, however, is the clip collection that ends the sequence.

As of this episode, Sam Witwer is no longer credited as a regular, but as a guest star. However, Nicki Clyne is now elevated from co-star to regular.

While Gaeta is unplugging the network cables from the computers, if one glimpses at the left-hand corner, it can be seen that the last firewall has been in fact breached, a fact unknown to Gaeta as the display changes as soon as he returns to face it.

Kara is under the impression that there is a real Sharon, and the one with Helo is simply a Cylon copy, whereas it has been established by the producers that humanoid Cylons were never real people.

Episode Quotes

Tigh: This is Bill Adama's ship. This is his command. His orders are still the word of the Gods on this ship. Just so we're clear. This will be Adama's command until the day he dies. And we are not going to let him die. So say we all.

Helo: I'm not going to let you kill her! Okay? She's carrying my child.
Kara: My Gods, men are so painfully stupid sometimes! How do you know that?
Helo: I know, all right? She is not lying.
Kara: They lie about everything, Helo. Their entire existence is a lie. They're not human, Helo, they're machines. You can't have a baby with a machine.

Roslin: Colonel, once you find the fleet, I'd like to have a word with you.
Tigh: There's nothing to talk about. You went up against the Old Man and you lost.
