The Bluths find out that George, Sr. has had a heart attack and head up to the hospital to see him. However, when they arrive at the hospital they find that George, Sr. is en route for Mexico with Kitty in the staircar. Meanwhile, Lindsay decides it's finally time to leave Tobias … that is until a book he wrote becomes a gay bestseller. Elsewhere, Buster and Annyong fight over women.

On The Next Arrested Development Gag: On the next season of Arrested Development: the family grapples with the news they had just heard, Maeby’s life gets a little more complicated, and Kitty helps George, Sr., escape.
| This episode didn't air with the rest of the season's episodes that came before. FOX pulled this season finale from the schedule, and aired it in the middle of the summer rather than in April when it was originaly supposed to.

Michael: Come on, now, Dad’s going to be around another 30 years, G.O.B. Your business, uh, might not.
G.O.B.: You’re a good brother, Michael. Heart attack never stopped old Big Bear.
