Steve announces that he's going through puberty when he gets his first pubic hair, but Francine and Stan (who are still traumatized from when Hayley went through puberty) are less than thrilled and use a serum to rapidly age Steve. Roger declares that he was sent to Earth to decide whether or not the human race can continue, but Stan doesn't believe him...until Roger takes him to a storage center containing the spaceship Roger was sent in (and a note, explaining Roger's true purpose on Earth). Meanwhile, Toshi challenges Steve to a hot dog eating contest after Steve makes yet another insensitive joke about his Japanese friend.
