A Farmer's Life For Me is a reality series presented by Jimmy Doherty which offers nine couples the chance to compete for the opportunity of a lifetime, to run their own 25-acre farm.

The final two couples battle it out to be crowned the winners. Th help Jimmy decide who should win , he comes up with the farming day from hell. Each couple has to face a series of livestock and arable challenges that involve herding and shearing sheep and ploughing and seeding land. They then have to present their business idea to Jimmy for the future before he decides who should win.
