Lucky and his friends have seen a commercial that reveals the First Lady of the United States of America, as well as her dog, Filibuster, will be visiting a local mall. In an attempt to meet Filibuster, they decide to skip a Bark Brigade map reading class in order to go to the mall, though Lieutenant Pug takes notice of their absence and he prepares to find the AWOL cadets and punish them for their negligence.

Episode Goofs

In this episode, the Dalmatians easily walk to the Stiffle Mall in a fairly quick fashion. However, in the episode “Frisky Business’, the Stiffle Mall was far away and the Dalmatians needed to steal a car to even come close to getting there before the day’s end.
